By booking a service, requesting work, or using the Stenson Auto Mods website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Stenson Auto Mods Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides vehicle retrofitting, servicing, diagnostics, coding, and modification services.

We operate primarily on a supply‑and‑fit or supply or fit‑only basis.

2. Scope of Services

We offer, but are not limited to, the following services:

• Vehicle retrofits (OEM and OEM‑style upgrades)
• Apple CarPlay and infotainment upgrades
• BMW coding and programming
• Diagnostic scans
• Vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Electrical and accessory installations
• Mobile services carried out at customer‑provided locations (where applicable)

All services are subject to vehicle compatibility, condition, and access at the time of appointment.

3. Supply & Fit / Customer‑Supplied Parts

Where parts are supplied by us, they will be sourced to match the agreed specification.

Where parts are supplied by the customer, we accept no responsibility for:

• Incorrect parts
• Poor quality or counterfeit components
• Incompatibility with the vehicle
• Pre‑existing faults within the supplied part

Labour charges remain payable even if customer‑supplied parts are unsuitable or fail during installation.

4. Estimates & Pricing

Prices provided are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

Additional work may be required if hidden faults, non‑standard wiring, or previous poor workmanship is discovered.

Any additional costs will be discussed with the customer before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

All prices include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in:

• Loss of deposit (if taken)
• A cancellation fee to cover lost time and travel

We reserve the right to refuse work if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or misrepresented.

6. Mobile Services

For mobile appointments:

• The customer must provide a safe, legal, and suitable working area

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Poor weather
• Restricted access
• Unsafe working conditions

If work cannot proceed safely, the appointment may be cancelled with charges applied.

7. Diagnostics & Fault Finding

Diagnostic scans identify fault codes, not guaranteed root causes.

Clearing fault codes does not guarantee permanent resolution of underlying issues.

8. Manufacturer Warranty & Vehicle Software

Some retrofits, coding, or modifications may affect manufacturer warranties or dealer support.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm warranty implications before proceeding.

We are not liable for dealer software updates that overwrite coding or retrofit functionality after work is completed.

9. Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our labour for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Manufacturer defects in parts
• Damage caused by third parties
• Software updates performed by dealerships or other workshops

Any issues must be reported promptly to allow inspection.

10. Liability

All work is carried out at the customer’s risk once approved.

We are not liable for:

• Pre‑existing vehicle faults
• Consequential or indirect losses
• Loss of use, income, or inconvenience

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, images, and logos are the property of Stenson Auto Mods Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Refusal of Work

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work if:

• The vehicle is unsafe or unsuitable
• The customer behaves abusively or unreasonably
• Information about the vehicle has been misrepresented

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
